1,100 Foot House Sells for Over $700,000 in Seattle
People that live in Seattle are crazy! First they decide to pay minimum wage over 15 an hour and now little tiny houses are selling for a fortune. A house in Ballard that is just over 1,100 square feet just sold for over $700,000.00. I have heard it is all about location, but come on. I would think that house would sell for $200,000 tops!
Another great reason to live here in Tri-Cities! We can have 4 times the house, and if we want to go to Seattle it is 3 hours away.
