14 Starving Cats Found in Hermiston Man’s House

Neglected cats are a HUGE problem for Hermiston. Local animal advocates recently found 117 in one location! The problem is negligent owners and one man is in jail after neighbors turned him in.

57-year-old David Zehner is accused of not "minimally" caring for his cats. He had 14 of them.
