4-Year-Old Girl Without Seatbelt in Rolled Truck Near Dayton

A 29-year-old Walla Walla woman was in a Chevy Tahoe driving too fast south of Starbuck, a tiny town northwest of Dayton, with four small children -- the youngest of which was not wearing a seatbelt.

The Tahoe failed to negotiate a turn at its unsafe speed and rolled. All five were injured and the 4-year-old girl was seriously hurt.

The driver was charged with second degree negligent driving and failing to buckle a child.
