Area Man Charged With Two Counts of Indecent Exposure

Everyone cheers when there is a streaker at a football game, but not when you see one in a rest area. One is funny, the other is just plain freaky. Someone needs to tell that to Ronald L. Randolph, a man from Moses Lake that is reportedly facing two different charges for indecent exposure from 2013 and 2015. He was found to be basically wandering around a rest stop with no clothes on not just once but multiple times.
