Hi, I'm Steve King. Great classic rock gets my pulse racing and I love sharing that passion with you. From the first time I heard Eddie Van Halen's "Eruption" or Tony Iommi's "Paranoid" riff, I was hooked. I even went so far as to play guitar (badly) in a high school rock band called Viper. I can't believe we didn't make it big...we knew three cords! I'm also a gearhead, so you'll usually find a little grease under my fingernails from working on some projects. It's usually a Jeep...I'm a total Jeep Freak! I've been married for 26 years to the most understanding wife an immature guy could ask for, and I have two great kids and four big dogs. Yes, we're crazy and we wear dog hair like a badge of honor. I'm originally from Detroit but grew up outside Cincinnati. I have worked in radio almost 30 years at stations in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Omaha and now the Capital Region I’m excited to rock afternoons on Albany's Rock Station, Q1057.
