‘Beers & Beards’ in Walla Walla Sounds Like Valentine’s Day for Men!
If you're like me, you expect a lot of ladies to get flowers, stuffed bears, chocolates, lingerie and dinners this Saturday. And men? Well, men get to eat the dinner too. Valentine's Day is not a man's holiday... but a gourmet grocer in Walla Walla appears to have just invented one!
The 1st annual Beers and Beards is an afternoon of straight-edge shaves, good eats and locally-brewed beer. Now that sounds like my kind of pampering!
Gourmet grocer Salumiere Cesario in downtown Walla Walla is organizing this event with Impress Salon and Burwood Brewing Feb. 22 from 11-4 p.m.
Portland, eat your heart out!
