Best Neighborhoods for Trick Or Treating in Tri-Cities? [SURVEY]

I grew up in Spokane and I knew all the best places to go for bigger candy bars, better chocolate-to-candy ratios and more old lady's who say, "Just take a handful." But I live in Kennewick now and I just talk my daughter around the block. Where are the best Trick or Treating neighborhoods around here?
