What would you do if you saw someone driving in circles in a parking lot, getting out of their vehicle peering into parked vehicles? Would YOU call the Police? Someone thankfully alerted West Richland Police to activity on Van Giesen of this incident on Saturday.

According to the report, the suspect had quite a difficult time responding to officer's requests. Police believed he was under the influence.

While the following post is a good read and comical at times, a criminal suspect has been caught. And, maybe this suspect will get some assistance for other issues.

Many times we see activity and wonder if it's worth reporting. Sometimes, we just move on and don't do anything. How many times have we done this, and then see it on the news? If YOU see someone acting erratically, please call the Police. You never know what the eventual outcome will be. Maybe it's someone who needs assistance. Maybe it's something criminal.

It's always good to be aware of your surroundings. If you see questionable behavior by another, REPORT it to the Police.

It's been reported that we're seeing higher cases of opioid abuse in the area.

Do NOT be afraid to report suspicious behavior in your neighborhood. If you witness erratic, crazy, behavior in your neighborhood, don't hide from it. REPORT it to your local Police.

Because someone reported the above incident, a stolen vehicle was recovered. And the suspect will get what is coming to him.
