Communications Director Jim Hall Takes New Role At Kadlec

You know his face and his voice and now Jim Hall, the Director of Communications at Kadlec is taking a new role within the organization.

For the last 26 years, you've seen Jim on the TV and heard him on the radio. Hall's presence has been a media stable right here in the Tri-Cities.

Jim now has a new job and it's as Kadlec's new Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO).

Jim joined the Kadlec team in 1994, after working for 12 years in sports and news at a local TV station.

During his long and successful tenure as our communications leader, Jim has established a track record of building strong community relationships and support for Kadlec’s mission, sharing powerful stories of the contributions made by Kadlec caregivers, and keeping audiences informed through successes, challenges, and many changes over the years.

Reza Kaleel, Kadlec chief executive, said “I am excited about the opportunity to bring Jim’s deep experience, communication skills, and passion for Kadlec’s mission to the CPO role at this important moment in our history.”

Hall is honored to take on this new role and join the Kadlec Foundation team. “Our Kadlec team has worked tirelessly this past year during incredibly stressful times. I have witnessed first-hand their commitment to our mission and also seen the overwhelming response of our community. I look forward to building on these relationships and partnerships to strengthen the role of Kadlec in our community.”

The Kadlec Foundation has played a key role in building strong corporate and community donor support of vital Kadlec programs and facilities, including:

-The Don and Lori Watts Pediatric Center

-Kadlec Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

-Health care scholarships

-Kadlec Community Health programs

-Mammography Assistance Program

Jim will continue to produce and host weekly radio (Kadlec On Call) and TV programs (Community Health Journal, 2 Minute Take), working to integrate these communication tools more closely with the work of the Foundation.
