Crazy Rare Tornado Touches Down on the Oregon Coast [VIDEO]

The wild storms and remnants of a super Typhoon Songda have arrived on the Pacific coast and has caused a rare water spout to make landfall in Manzanita Oregon this morning,causing major damage to the small Oregon coast town. 

According to emergency responders the tornado touched down at approximately 8:20 a.m. and has caused widespread damage!
