Detour on Jadwin in Richland Between Mansfield North to Swift
From the City of Richland:
Jadwin Avenue, between Mansfield St. and Swift Boulevard will close from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, July 18 and 19 for utility maintenance. Traffic readerboard signs were activated earlier this week and signage and detours will be in place tomorrow (Wednesday, July 18th) morning.
