What Did He Do?
Police say he was seen entering this garage at a home in the 4300 block of West 8th Ave. in Kennewick. He reportedly rummaged around before stealing a number of tools from the garage.

In this image, he's seen opening what appears to be a grey toolbox. He's described as about 6 feet tall, a white male, with tattoos on both arms. He reportedly stole other items besides the tools.
