Disctinctive Car Prowler Sought in Kennewick–Leg Tattoo

Kennewick Police say a very large distinctive tattoo on the left shin of this car prowler may help people offer tips as to who he is.

The picture is not the greatest, enhanced, but it's clearly a large almost angry-looking blob.

This tall man was seen prowling multiple vehicles in the 1100 block of South Keller Place during late-night hours over the weekend.

According to unconfirmed reports, the man was able to steal some items from the truck pictured in the story, and these reports indicate this suspect has been captured on video in this area prior to these incidents.
