Drunk Driver Leads Police on Wild Car Chase

A drunk driver lead police from Grandview on a wild car chase that luckily lead to no injuries when it was all over. It started late Friday night when an officer noticed a car driving on E Wine Country Road passing cars and driving recklessly according to news reports. He tried to pull over the driver and he refused to stop leading the officer on a chase continuing to drive reckless.

The driver, Joseph Sanchez, was eventually stopped and found to be driving under the influence. He was arrested for  attempting to elude a police vehicle, reckless driving and driving under the influence and booked into the Yakima County Jail.
