FREE Drive Up COVID-19 Testing Today!

The Benton-Franklin Health District is holding FREE drive up testing from 3 pm-7 pm today at the Benton City Park and Ride. (899 Dale Avenue-Benton City)

No appointment is necessary, and testing will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you have an insurance card, bring it.

Results will be available in 2-4 days.

Most people who are infected will experience mild conditions and recover, but it can be a different experience for others, including older people and those with certain medical conditions.

The World Health Organization recommends washing your hands often, and avoid touching your face.  Do not touch your nose, mouth, or eyes.  You're advised to cover your cough.  As someone sneezes, droplets can escape from the nose or mouth.  By covering the cough or sneeze, you are stopping the spread of germs to others.

Avoid crowds, and practice safe distancing.  It's advised to stay at least 6 feet away from others.  If you feel sick, stay home.

If you do experience fever, coughing, or difficult breathing, get medical attention.  If you can, contact a health care facility first, so they can advise you of your next step.
