Gas prices are spiking high in the Tri-Cities and we've compiled the best and cheapest places to buy gas in the Columbia Basin.

The average cost for gas in Washington right now is $3.34 a gallon and Oregon isn't far behind at $3.29 per gallon.

The rising costs are being blamed on refinery cutbacks and a move from winter blend to summer blend of gasoline.

We've compiled the top 3 places to get inexpensive gas for the Tri-Cities according to Gasbuddy.com

Pasco - Chevron at 1015 Lewis Street for $3.09

Kennewick - Metro Mart at 520 E. Columbia Drive for $3.06

Richland - Conoco at 780 Stevens Drive at $3.19

Those are the top three cheapest gas places but you can also see the complete listing of gas stations and prices here.
