Gesa Stadium Voted Best in America AGAIN!
For the second straight year, Gesa Stadium has been voted the best Short Season-A ballpark in America by Ballpark Digest. Last year, Gesa pulled off the upset over Avista Stadium (Spokane). They had been the lowest-seeded stadium to win a vote in ANY league in the publication's history. But they started the 2019 vote off strong. Last year, Gesa Stadium started the bracket at #20. This year, Gesa was a #1 seed.
They defeated Edward A. LeLacheur Park, home of the Lowell Spinners (Boston Red Sox) to clinch their second straight win.
