Graffiti Artists Caught Red Handed By Kennewick Police…YES

WAY to go Kennewick Police for finally catching what I consider a major public nuisance,  the Graffiti idiots... and in the ACT RED HANDED!!

Kennewick Police were out on foot patrol when they witnessed 2 men spray painting the railroad bridge at Entiat Ave. & Olympia St. 20 year old Sergio Abarca and 18 year old , Urel Huerta are sitting in jail charged with:Malicious Mischief,Possession of Marijuana and Trespassing... So sick of these punks defacing MY TOWN!
