Half of Washington’s Best Real Estate Investments in Mid-Columbia

A recent article by nerdwallet.com showed that Washington is one of the best places to buy land/property. They did in in-dept study of market health, price per square foot, ten-year housing price change, property taxes, and changes in vacancy rate to determine where the best places to buy property are. The results are in and the Tri-Cities DOMINATED the 10! Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick all made the list with West Richland at #1! We should all get out and buy up as much as we can (before foreign investors and silly Californians do).
