Historic Downtown Kennewick to Get Luxury Apartments

I love downtown Kennewick, but for some reason I don't go there enough. The area continues to prosper and will soon be even more attractive to many. A luxury apartment building will surely fit the needs of those who want to live, shop and work all in one area.

Builders are talking about a 5 story complex, with the first two stories for retailers, coffee shops and the like. Construction will start this spring.
