Do I like In-N-Out Burger? Sure. Am I driving to Boise for lunch? No. But Colorado just got two new locations of this popular burger joint, now Idaho, so maybe they're headed our way? I mean, the Tri-Cities is one of the fastest growing areas in the U.S., so why not?.

If you've never had an In-N-Out burger you might be asking what the big woop is all about. I think it's popular because it's a pretty simple burger. Good tasting in a way different from Mickey D's or Wendy's. Kind of like what I would imagine in a 1950's old school burger joint, I guess.  Isn't it amazing that the good ol' fashioned American hamburger can be made by so many different restaurants, with basically the same ingredients, but all have their own flavor? Oh by the way, the above photo isn't necessarily an In-N-Out burger, but it looked close to me.
