The #1 hot spot is Miami as the best place to garden in the nude. Seattle slides in at #2 in the nation, and it's not illegal to be naked in your yard, gardening.

I'm not surprised to Seattle on the list but was surprised not to see Portland in the top rankings - I guess those Oregonians are more shy that I thought - you can read the complete survey here.
