Celebrities Born on Thanksgiving

Imagine having a big slice of birthday cake instead of pumpkin pie after your roast turkey on Thanksgiving.

According to The Old Farmer's Almanac, the annual holiday takes place every November on the fourth Thursday of the month, which means the holiday's actual date varies each year. But Thanksgiving isn't just an American holiday. It's also the day some of our favorite celebrities were born.

Thanksgiving can fall on dates between Nov. 22 and Nov. 28. While celebrities born on those dates will celebrate their special day on Thanksgiving every few years, some were brought into this world on Thanksgiving the actual year they were born.

Scarlett Johansson, who was born on Thanksgiving Day in 1984, usually co-prepares her family's holiday meal alongside her sister. However, in 2019, she was left to make the meal solo as her sister was very pregnant.

Thankfully, her birthday (Nov. 22) didn't fall on Thanksgiving Day that year.

“Honestly, I need like, a full vacation from that Thanksgiving meal. I was struggling hardcore ... It was a lot of people, it was very intense. You eat the meal in probably 25 minutes. I cooked for 48 hours, OK?" the Lost in Translation star told Kelly Ripa on Live With Kelly and Mark.
