Man Charged w/ Rape, Poisoning by Injection & A/C Unit

A Moses Lake man is facing a heap of charges including rape after it was reported he repeatedly assaulted and poisoned a woman.

He is accused of poisoning her with various methods including contaminated gloves, injecting the victim with drugs and even tainting her A/C unit.

The victim repeatedly tried to escape her home, but the man kept bringing her back and assaulting her.

He faces one charge of first-degree rape plus two additional second-degree rape charges.
