Maybe Credit Card Theft Suspects Should Shop Online?

Judging from the increasing number of businesses getting surveillance cameras, and the digital quality of the photos improving, maybe folks who steal credit cards need to shop online.

Kennewick police are looking for this guy, who used a stolen credit card taken in a car prowl that occurred April 22.

Police didn't say when these photos were taken, but the suspect used the card at 7-11 (presumably on Clearwater) and Safeway in Kennewick.
