One Thing You Can’t Forget On Your Next Disneyland Visit
Yesterday I was in Disneyland with my family and we wanted to split up so some of us could do some shopping. I left the group with my daughter to go on rides and i noticed my phone was almost dead. I had about 10% left on my phone and thought I would have enough juice to make contact in a hour but I was wrong.
My phone died and I was stuck with no way to find the people I was with. My wife did not have her phone on her and I do not remember the phone number of my inlaws so I was kinda screwed. I walked around and asked a few people if they had chargers and they either didn't or they didn't want to share with a stranger. I immediately went to the information booth and they pointed me to lockers you can rent that have phone chargers in them.
Once I got there, I realized that the lockers had chargers but were all sold out of the cables to charge your phone. I basically begged this lady to let me use her cable for 10 minutes so I could make a quick call.
The only thing I would say is that Disney has great customer service all over the park, but the help at the charging lockers was almost non existent. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I felt abandoned. From now on, a phone charger is the first thing I have in my Disney bag.
