One Walla Walla Woman May Have Robbed 19 Stores

While most are on holiday break, Tisha Place (30) was hard at work. 

She has plead guilty to a number of charges (at least 10) related to 19 Walla Walla businesses dating back to September of 2018.

She is also a suspect in an unrelated assault case.

Her accomplice is 34 year-old Robert Frates.
