Only orders to go for Just Joel’s

In a modern-day pandemic, how is a primary breakfast and lunch diner, offering just take-out orders surviving?  If you're Just Joel's in Kennewick, JUST FINE.

The Tri-Cities currently operate in Phase 1.5, meaning restaurants can run at 50% of their outdoor capacity.  Owner Joel Watson isn't comfortable with serving ANY customers outside until local COVID numbers diminish.  So, for the interim, only orders to go will be available at Just Joel's.

Watson promises that when we officially enter Phase 2, Just Joel's will serve all customers at the restaurant's outdoor tables.

Just Joel's is located at 1505 West Kennewick Avenue.  For now, take-out orders are available.
