Since legalizing recreational marijuana use in 2014, Oregon has been producing marijuana and marijuana products at a furious rate.

They've got so much weed, they're trying to slow down. If Oregon stopped production of marijuana right now, it would take Oregon 6 years to smoke/eat it all.

The next step Oregon is taking is giving Oregon Liquor Control Commission more wiggle room to pump the breaks on new licenses for marijuana growers.

They hope that a new bill will help prevent the products that haven't been sold from entering the black market. Some law enforcement suspect a great deal of product is already leaking to the black market.
