Oregon Is the Best at this Annoying Thing

If you were to ask me who I thought were the fastest talkers in the world, I would have guessed New York, Minnesota, and Boston - in that order.

Except for New York, I was ALMOST right.

Minnesota and Massachusetts are the second and third fastest talkers in the United States. New York was astonishingly low at 38.

Who was number one?

Oregon.

Maybe I don't catch the Oregonian speed talk because I'm so used to it!
