The City of Pasco has extended it's closure dates on various playfields and facilities, due to the 'indefinite' nature of the Stay At Home.

Due to Gov. Inslee extending the Stay at Home, Pasco officials have listed the following playfields and facilities to remain closed for use and not available for rental, through June 22.

·         Highland Park Fields

·         Road 36 Soccer Fields

·         Road 48 Soccer Field

·         Park Shelters

·         City Hall Activity Center Gym & Classroom

·         First Avenue Center

·         Martin Luther King Center

This does NOT include regular parks, which are open as well as restroom facilities. These are facilities utilized for specific sports and other activities.

In addition, previously scheduled classes and activities remain cancelled as well. Pasco also announced the annual Memorial Weekend Splash at Memorial Park is cancelled too.

The reason for June 22, say officials, is that's the earliest possible date for such venues to open as part of Phase 3 of Inslee's plans.
