Pendleton Elementary Locked Down After Kids Spot Gun

Washington Elementary school in Pendleton was put on lock down Friday morning after 2 kids spotted a man near the school with a gun. The man was spotted on a levy around 7:40 am a few blocks from the school according to news reports.

He was then contacted by police just after 8 am. The school then went off lock down and returned to normal operation at 8:30 am.
