Portland Hipsters Start ‘No-Pay Phone’ Company
What is society to do with all those phone booths everywhere? A couple of Portland computer geeks bought two and have a crazy idea.They installed VOIP -- free online telephone service. Their tiny phone company is called FuTel.
Wouldn't it be cool if payphones still worked around town and were all totally free?
