Luxury Seattle Brand Does Good For Refugees of Ukraine
Seattle luxury fashion brand Rossario George has a place in their hearts for refugees of the war in Ukraine. To help these innocent, displaced families and individuals, Rossario George is teaming up with iMiracle Project, a non-profit based in Kirkland.
On Saturday October 1st at Snoqualmie Casino, Rossario George is presenting the ROCK AND RHINESTONES fashion + benefit event to help and support the iMiracleProject Ukrainian Emergency Fund.
According to Snoqualmie Casino, Seattle’s top models and the band Rain City Rewind will help guests rock the Snoqualmie Casino Ballroom while supporting the worthy cause.
The iMiracle Project has spent the last year delivering medical supplies, First Aid kits, and helping however they can to aid refugees fleeing Ukraine. According to the organization's website, donations allowed them to fill a plane with "32 tons of medical supplies and ship it to the Polish Border to be delivered to Ukraine."
Recent reports about the war have found Ukraine pushing Russian soldiers pushed out of approximately 300 northeastern cities and towns. This is great news. But much damage has already been done. Civilians not killed by soldiers or missile strikes are left to survive homeless, running to sanctuary in nearby Poland. And the war goes on, with missiles striking a dam in President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s home town today.
The ROCK AND RHINESTONES fashion + benefit event is a 21-and-over event (sorry kids) on Saturday, October 1st at Snoqualmie Casino. Doors open at 4pm. Event begins at 5pm.
Tickets for the ROCK AND RHINESTONES fashion + benefit event are:
- $50 General Admission
- $100 VIP Front Row
- $200 VIP Table
Tickets are available here.
As their Instagram posts says, "please consider purchasing a ticket even if you can’t make it, to show your support."
