Not a Rumor… Baja Fresh Coming to Southridge

I got it from a good source although Kennewick City hasn't called back to tell me where yet.

Baja Fresh is a chain Mexican restaurant with locations all over the country. It's described as a single step up from fast food like Taco Bell and Del Taco. That means it's usually a little cheaper than the two other huge Mexican food chains coming to Tri-Cities this summer. Still, it's not fast food. If you order a steak burrito, you'll need to wait for them to cook the steak.

With a Costa Vida, Chipotle and Qdoba already here I wonder how many more of these chain restaurants our community can support on top of the locally-owned ones and fast food chains. But Baja Fresh is delicious and I know I'll be heading over once it's open.
