Santa's Place Even Has Tiny Homes For His Elves That Live Nearby

I'm sure you were thinking his pad would be worth more but it's only his worth we are taking a look at today. I'm sure if the toy factory was up for sale, it would be worth trillions of dollars.

Zillow's listing says this about Santa and Mrs. Clauses dwelling:

A winter lover’s paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres. The property includes Santa’s main living quarters, a community of tiny elf homes, a state-of-the-art toy-making facility, garage with space for an all-weather sleigh and stables that board eight live-in reindeer, plus a bonus stall for red-nosed company.

This year, the Clauses updated their home photos, and it looks like they have a few new additions to their home, including a stationary bike and newly-adopted pup.

Zillow.com has included some new additions to this home built in 1833. Zillow.com even included some of the elves living accommodations to check out in Santa's Christmas Village.
