Seahawks Fans Lose ’12th Man’ Name

Without warning the Seattle Seahawks gave up the rights to the name 12th Man and have now switched everything to the 12s. Even outside and inside Centurylink Field, the ring now says Home of the 12s. I noticed it when I walked into the home game this last Friday.

The Seahawks have been paying Texas A&M for the rights to the 12th Man but they decided it wasn't needed anymore. Personally it is a little sad, but I'll get over it.
