Searching for Willie Wonka? Man Breaks in to Portland Chocolate Factory

Maybe he thought he had a Golden Ticket? 41-year-old Matthew Brush was arrested in Portland, OR for burglarizing Moonstruck Chocolate's factory. He told police that the building was unlocked and he was looking for a place to warm up. When searched, police found just one box of chocolates on Brush, which an employee valued at $40. No other damage was done, nor does anything else appears to be taken.

Brush faces charges for this and previous burglary and trespass charges, but what do you think? If you were Moonstruck would you press charges? He could have caused more damage or stolen more chocolate, or done worse. And let's be honest, if you found a chocolate factory with an unlocked door, wouldn't you go in?? ;)
