The city of Kennewick has issued a permit for a $2.7 million project to come to Columbia Center Mall.

HomeGoods is a branch of TJX Companies, the owner of Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, among others.

HomeGoods is expanding 60 stores in 2016, including one in Kennewick, which requires construction of a 22,000-square-foot building at Columbia Center Mall.
