Shot Reporter’s Boyfriend Used to Work in Kennewick

Alison Parker was the TV reporter shot near Roanoke, Virginia, this week along with her cameraman. After it occurred, her boyfriend, fellow WDBJ reporter Chris Hurst announced via Twitter they were living together and were a couple. Did you know he used to work at KNDU?

After graduating Emerson College in 2008 or 2009 he took a job with KNDU TV in Kennewick. It didn't last long, and by 2010 he was at WDBJ where he's been since.
