Simple Fender-Bender Blocks Blue Bridge

A simple fender bender stopped traffic on the Blue Bridge for about 25 minutes today! That was fun! This may be a good reminder for everyone to pull off the bridge if you get into a fender bender, and then exchange info. It is safer for you and for everyone else.
