If you're from Spokane, you may recognize Sydney Sweeney from a class you had together at Saint George's School. Or maybe you heard her name in the news, as she donated $12,000 to help feed homeless people at the start of the pandemic. But, like the rest of the world, you probably recognize her from movies and TV.

The young actress has been paying her dues in Hollywood since 2009, in bit parts on programs such as Heroes, and the 90210 reboot. Eventually making a name for herself on series like In the Vault, and Everything Sucks! These led to roles in several must-see TV projects: as Eden Spencer on the Handmaids Tale, Alice in Sharp Objects, Olivia Mossbacher in White Lotus, and Cassie Howard on Euphoria

Those last two roles mark a milestone Miss Sweeney's career.

After an exhaustive search of the internet, and a few couch cushions, I discovered nothing linking the SNL vet and the Euphoria star beyond sharing a hometown.
