Stray Bullet Hits Elderly Man After Shots at Neppel’s Dockside Pub

68-year-old Robert Cook of Moses Lake was minding his own business turning his pickup truck onto West Broadway when he was shot by a thug at Neppel's Dockside Pub!

Police suspect Ismael Ortiz was the shooter. He and two other men got in a fight and pulled out a gun. Perhaps it was a warning shot, perhaps it was a bad shot, but it landed in the side of Mr. Cook's truck and entered his HEAD! He then crashed into parked cars.

Ortiz's first run in with the law was at age 17 after his close friend died playing Russian Roulette with him.
