
Suspect Decides to ‘Borrow’ Phone That’s Not Hers
Kennewick Police didn't give a lot of details, but say they're looking for this suspect.
They didn't say when or where this incident occurred, but it appears to perhaps be in a convenience store or coffee shop. Judging from the background.

Officers said only this woman is accused of taking a phone that did not belong to her. Presumably, it will be a little easier to ID her since she's not wearing a mask.

One likely way to locate it would be to 'ping' the phone, or use the GPS to send a tone that the phone will respond to and give up it's location.
