Teen That Threatened Richland School Shooting is Back in Jail
The teenager that was arrested for threatening a school shooting at Enterprise Middle School in Richland is back in custody just one day after being released to a family member.
Victor Ortiz-Davenport was arrested again after West Richland Police officers witnessed him violating the conditions of his bail. The officers did not report which condition was violated causing him to be taken back into custody, according to news reports.
Ortiz-Davenport had been released on Wednesday to a relative after posting bail for his charges of felony harassment. He is not allowed anywhere near Richland School District property but authorities say the second violation did not happen on school grounds.
