According to the West Richland Police Facebook Page:

Watching the Nextdoor app, one neighbor in South Highlands had two vehicles targeted, and the neighbors across the street also had damages. One neighbor on Primrose Street also reported their vehicle had was shot out in three windows. Another neighbor on South Poppy Street also arrived home to find their car windows were broken too.

Did anyone catch the vandals on their door cams or security cameras? The report was not only for car windows being shot out but for home windows, too.

I cannot imagine discovering my car windows shot out. If you were a target of this, please contact the West Richland Police Department at 509-628-0333.

It's likely that these kids had no idea what these charges mean. Malicious Mischief 1st degree is a class B felony...which does mean it could be punishable for 10 years in jail and up to a $20,000 fine.

Parents! Get hold of your kids! And, homeowners, if you have a garage, park your cars in it

The people who were victims of these shootings want and need their windows repaired.

How does this work? Who is responsible...the parents of the 13-year old suspects? What will happen to the suspects?

For the victims, be patient. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating. Hang in there.
