Thanks to a neighbor's security video, a Pasco Police officer was quick to nab a thief who took a set of Charger wheels and tires from a Pasco homeowner's garage.

The victim arrived home in the 300 block of North 2nd Monday evening to find his garage door open and the items missing.

Burglary suspect Anthony Perez-Aguilar was seen on the neighbor's video taking the wheels and getting into a pickup truck that drove him away.  The video was so clear, it showed the license plate.

Due to some investigation by Officer Trever Sweeney, who went to the registered pickup owner's home.  In the owner's garage, Officer Sweeney not only found the stolen rims and tires but also the suspect, Anthony Perez-Aguilar.

Perez-Aguilar was arrested early Tuesday morning and booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Awesome job, Officer Sweeney!

If you have any information about this burglary, please call Pasco Police at 509-628-0333.

WHO NEEDS A K9 when you have Officer Trever Sweeney tracking down suspects? We will admit that great witnesses and 4K...
