Last night I was re-watching the MNF game like I do every week and I caught a play from Wilson that surprised me. Everyone is talking about Wilson after his amazing play on Monday night, but nobody is talking about this play. In all my years of watching football, I have never seen a QB handle a low snap like Wilson does with 4:30 left in the 1st quarter. It is another overlooked example of why Russell Wilson is so good.

When the ball is snapped low, Wilson bats it down with his hand and dribbles the football back to his hands so he can grab it and run. It happens so fast at first i didn't believe what I saw. Most QB's would have atleast taken a sack or worse fumbled the ball. Instead Wilson gets away and manages to salvage the down with no loss.

The best and most overlooked play of the game for sure, and another reason why I love Russell Wilson. The thing everyone has to realize is that he has been doing things like this from the beginning.
