Heck, I'm tempted to buy this tiny home my dang self!! I wish I could! I would take it and move someplace that's far away from Yakima, though, so I am going to pass on the home. I'm going to keep living in Yakima for the time being. My loss is hopefully  going to be YOUR gain!

WHO SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PERFECT LITTLE TINY HOUSE

If you are looking at this tiny home and thinking, "Yeah, I could use that for some more storage space!" that would make me very sad and I'll tell you why. What I will not do is suggest someone buys it only to use as a storage space because the way these RENTS in Yakima are set up, baybeee! It's the pits trying to survive paycheck to paycheck, amirite?

This tiny home would be a good fit for someone who is formerly homeless and is trying to get their life back on track! Or a single person of any age who needs a place to live! Or perhaps a new couple who wants to move out of their spendy apartment and move in together!

Regardless of who ends up using this place as a starter home, they would have to live their life minimalistically though, I would imagine, because it's so TINY! And CUTE!

WHAT'S THE CATCH WITH BUYING A TINY HOME?

The only deal is that you would have to have a piece of property on which to place this wicked cool tiny home. Property prices (and taxes) in Yakima County can be kind of nuts, so it might be best to search for less expensive plots of land in the upper or Lower Valley.

WHERE COULD YOU PUT YOUR TINY HOUSE IN YAKIMA?

You could put your tiny house in a meadow! Oh, wait, we don't have any meadows in Yakima County...

Okay then, you could say, "Ah, the heck with Yakima!" and move your tiny house to live somewhere by a beach on the Washington state coast! C'est la vie!
