The Walla Walla School District is looking for your input on distance learning and reopening schools. A lot of families are figuring it all out but Walla Walla's school board is interested in the effectiveness of distance learning.

Walla Walla has been delayed sending back preschool through 2nd-grade students to in-person teaching because of an uptick in recent COVID-19 cases.

The Walla Walla School District is now reaching out to the community to get their input with a short survey.

In a press release from the school district, the survey asks families how distance learning is working for their children and what conditions the Board should consider when reopening schools via the AM/PM hybrid in-person instruction model.

The survey closes Monday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. and school board members are likely to review data from the survey during their Nov. 3 board meeting.

If you want to take the survey, click on this link here to give your opinions and ideas to the Walla Walla School District.
